The year is half over & half started.
👋 Welcome back to Content to Commas, the weekly playbook for creators, founders, and content pros who want their content working as hard as they do.
6 months flew by didn’t it?
I spent this week getting my voice back after Cannes and doing something I rarely make time for … rereading everything I've published this year and last.
Partly to see what held up. Mostly to answer one question though, if someone asked me how to make the next 6 their best 6 months, what would I actually tell them?
It came down to three.
This issue is about the 3 focus areas that can shape your next six months, so you close the year proud of what you built instead of wondering what happened.
📌 In this issue:
The filter that makes every post worth publishing
How to multiply your output without cloning your calendar
The audacity your brand needs for the second half
One rule that protects all three
Let's lock in.

The best conversation aren’t on stages
Caliber runs something called the Social Supper Club. It's an intimate dinner series that puts marketing, brand, and social leaders in one room for honest, cross-industry conversation. No stage. No script. No one performing for a clip.
I sat in on the Cannes edition, and it was amazing.
I attended their Social Supper Club in NYC and it was the same thing.
If you're tired of panels and want a smaller table where the conversation is real, this is the room.
⏳ Your H2 2026 Roadmap
Before you read anything, I want you to take a second and ask yourself:
what did you want to get out of this year when it started.
what are you looking to get out of the next six months.
what are the 3 things that will make you proud of 2026.
at the end of the day, that's truly what matters.
So here's my short list of practical strategies.
Each one below is the condensed version. If one hits, the full playbook is one click away.
1️⃣ Build content people can't afford to lose
Real talk … nobody reads anymore. They scan. They save. They send.
That's not an insult to people. It's how humans process information now, and it's the whole game for your next six months.
Before you publish anything between now and January, run it through one filter:
Skimmable: If someone can't figure out what your post is about in 3 seconds, they won't give you 4.
Saveable: Likes mean little. A save means "I can't afford to lose this”.
Shareable: A share is a cosign, and cosigns open new audiences fast.
If you wouldn't save it, rewatch it, or send it to a friend, do not hit post.

2️⃣ Stop working like there's one of you
I'm telling you that AI is essential for the next six months.
I saw a major shift this year when I stopped asking AI things and started handing it things.
My inbox triage. My meeting notes. My client files, organized by year, quarter, brand, and campaign, without me touching a folder.
Same energy applies to your content. One newsletter becomes 20+ pieces across 6 channels every week for me.
You already made the content. Let the system wear it six different ways.

3️⃣ Market yourself like your next opportunity depends on it
You can build the best system, brand, product, or anything on earth.
If you never talk about what you're building, you built it in the dark.
Building something you believe in and staying quiet about it is called sabotage.
let me be clear, everyone doesn't need a personal brand, but it's rocket fuel for whatever you're building.
I've led content for Ralph Lauren, Squarespace, and Kickstarter.
The lesson that followed me from every one of those rooms: no one promotes your work the way you will. Not your manager. Not your clients. Not the algorithm.
The next six months need a certain level of audacity from you.
One exercise I've used since my college internships:
"When people think of ____, I want them to think of me."
Fill in that blank. Tape it to your screen. Every post between now and December should back it up.

🧯 The rule that protects all three
One warning before you run off and build.
By the time burnout feels real, it's been building for months.
so remember if it's not a "hell yes," it's an immediate "hell no."
Know your level → The Five Levels of Creative Burnout
Six months from now, you'll be writing your end of year recap.
The difference between "what a year" and "where did the year go" gets decided in stretches like this one, when it would be easy to coast.
See you next Saturday!

What started as a newsletter platform has evolved into something much bigger: a place where creators and brands can grow, monetize, and own their audiences without stitching together half the internet to make it work.
