Algorithms change. It's our job to adapt stronger.
👋 Welcome back to Content to Commas, your weekly playbook for turning content into authority, consistency, and growth.
Everyone's complaining about LinkedIn right now. The reach is dead. The algorithm is broken. Nobody sees their posts anymore.
I hear you. I felt it too. But here's the thing ... I just pulled close to a quarter million impressions in the last seven days and 100K views on 2 videos.
Same platform. Completely different approach.
This issue is about rebuilding your LinkedIn strategy around how the platform actually works right now, so the content you create gets the reach it deserves.

🤔 Let’s be very very honest…
I want to be real. A few weeks back, I was quietly frustrated with LinkedIn too.
Posts that used to pop were sitting flat.
So I did what I always do when something stops working … I started testing. Not random, throw-it-at-the-wall stuff.
Intentional content that finds it’s lane. Now every move I’m making from the schedule, the formats, the thinking behind all of it … works.
Today, I’m un-gatekeeping it.
💼 My Personal LinkedIn Content Playbook
warning … this information is dense.
so feel free to save this, come back to it, do whatever you need to do, but don't miss it
🎬 Move 1: Video is back on top.
LinkedIn's team is prioritizing video again.
But the real move is to treat LinkedIn video the way you treat Reels or TikToks.
Closed captions. A hook in the first two seconds. Text overlay on screen at all times.
People scroll silently. Give them something to read while they watch. Video on LinkedIn right now is underpriced attention. That window won't stay open forever.
🌍 Move 2: Build a geo-based posting schedule.
Start with your analytics. Go look right now at where your followers actually live.
For me: 14% New York, 6% LA, 5% London. Those three cities drive the bulk of my engagement. Every scheduling decision I make is built around when those audiences are active.
So I built the a “Content Life Cycle Schedule” and it impacts how I post and repost … here's my schedule and how it relates to my audience.
🕗 8-10 AM ET: New York starts their day. London wraps their afternoon.
🕧 12:30-3 PM ET: LA hits midday. New York is still at their desks.
🕕 6-8 PM ET: Repost your morning content. Catches who missed it. Re-enters the algorithm with fresh exposure.
🕕 4-6 AM ET next day: Repost yesterday's afternoon content. Early risers and London coming back online.
Pull your own analytics. The framework is the same. The times are yours to figure out.

I can go more in depth on this in the free playbook I'm about to give you
📸 Move 3: Make your visuals feel human.
This one might sting but stop with the AI-generated images.
Everyone is using Midjourney, Gemini, & whatever the flavor of the week is and that's the problem. Your audience's brain is trained to scroll right past it because it's seen that aesthetic a thousand times on a thousand different accounts.
Everything I post that is visually zero-AI gets more engagement, bar none, than anything else on my feed.
What's actually working: raw iPhone photos. Cheat-sheet graphics with real, specific information. Even handwritten content.
Anything that signals a real human made this stops the scroll better than anything generated.
🗓️ Move 4: Post on Fridays. Just differently.
People say never post on Friday. People are wrong.
Some of my top-performing posts have landed on a Friday. But the content has to match the energy of a Friday.
Nobody wants to think hard … so don't ask them to.
Friday content should be lo-fi, easy to consume, and genuinely useful without effort. I share AI prompts on Fridays. Presented casually, like a text from a friend, not a content drop.
Think of Friday posts as something that makes them feel good, not something that demands their attention.
✍️ Move 5: Make every post stand alone.
I tried running a content series on LinkedIn … not worth it.
Your followers don't see your posts in order. Every post lands in isolation. Seen at random. By different slices of your audience. At different times.
Content series on LinkedIn collapse because the payoff doesn't land when people missed the setup.
Every post has to earn its own attention. Write each one like it's the only thing your reader will see from you this week. For a lot of them, it is.
aka … give it a role.
🧠 Move 6: Everything else is in the playbook.
I spent an entire day pulling everything out of my head and putting it on paper.
🎯 My exact CTA engagement strategy
🪝 Hook frameworks I use every week
📅 The full geo-based posting schedule
📋 My content strategy broken down by format
⚡ My weekly workflow, start to finish
And more that didn't fit in this email.
This isn't a generic template. It's the exact system I'm running right now on my own account.
this is your homework:
download it, drop it into Claude or ChatGPT, and tell it to build a version calibrated to your audience, your niche, and your goals.
Takes about 10 minutes. The output will 10X your content .
