🥈 Grok Bot is my #2, and the one I talk to the most.
Grok Bot is now my number two favorite AI tool. And I'm not paid to say that, I don't have a partnership with them. It's just a fact.
I promise you, I talk to Grok Bot more than I talk to Claude now. Claude is still the master of all (more on that below), but Grok Bot is where my chief of staff lives (moved it from Claude too).
I've got 15+ agents across my business, my home, and my personal life, and I talk to ONLY one of them 80% of time.
Her name is Cece, she's my chief of staff, and she talks and manages the other 14 agents.

A few of the others:
The idea agent. I send it videos I think are cool. It watches them, pulls the transcript and screenshots for context, talks it over with the other agents, and comes back to me with ideas I can actually use.
the house manager. Meals for the week, the haircut check with my barber, the grocery list, and she gets all of it into the amazon cart.
The personal shopper. Right now it's hunting Cannes Lions flights for next year and checking every morning whether the Ninja HydraSense is back in stock.
The other 11 handle the inbox, invoices to pay, writes threads s, expenses, and the newsletter list. No, I'm not walking you through all of them today 😉
Many other AI tools need onboarding, instructions, and hours of tinkering. I told Grok Bot you're my “invoice manager”, and it knows immediately what to do.

Price check, because I know that's the next question.
When it launched in August it was locked behind the $200 and $300 plans. As of a couple weeks ago it comes with the $30 SuperGrok plan (or the $20 Cursor plan), and there's a free trial.
🥇 Claude is still the master of all
Claude is number one and it's not close. A lot of you already use it, so I'm skipping the deep dive. Three things changed that matter:
It moved to the cloud. Routines and scheduled tasks used to need my laptop open. Now they run on their own, and it pings my phone, or emails me, when something's ready for me to check. The one I lean on most watches my YouTube channel and drafts the Wednesday issue in beehiiv the day a new video goes live.
It keeps learning me. Memory now carries across chat and Cowork, and I can edit what it remembers.
I promise you, take 30 minutes and add any MCPs or plugins, and it will take your Claude from being mid to elite.
Every, and I mean every, tool you plug into Claude makes it worth more to you.
🥉 The ChatGPT plan I downgraded
In February I told you I quit ChatGPT.
Update: I kept it, on the cheapest plan I could get away with. I barely use it, and it's not worth $100 or $200 a month to me.
I pay ChatGPT the minimum so it's there for basic questions, and that's the only job it has left.
It still gets basic questions that need a little reasoning, the odd plugin, and anything I don't want burning through my Claude usage.
If you're paying $200 a month for ChatGPT, reply and tell me what it's doing that Claude can't.
I want you to do one thing this week.
Pick the one job you'd fire yourself from tomorrow if you could. The inbox, the groceries, the deal tracker, whatever it is. Hand it to one agent and tell it the three things it's never allowed to do.
