They're insanely simple, and one of them has completed 283 tasks for me lifting a finger.

👋 Welcome back to Content to Commas. Your weekly playbook to use content grow,

Fatherhood has been feeling more creative & ambitious.

… but I’m ambitious to work less.

3 days ago, I wrote 8 systems my business actually runs on, and none of them are glamorous but boy do they make life easier.

This week I’m sharing the unsexy I think MOST people are not doing but need to start doing.

📍 In this issue:

  • all 8 systems and which one to build first

  • why I stopped typing and what it did to my prompts

  • the Notion board where my AI hands work to each other

Let’s lock in.

A message from our friends at Relay

I’m a spender who runs a business.

… i’m working on the saving part.

Last quarter, I pulled 90 days of business expenses and went through every line, including the small ones.

I use Relay for my business banking, so my transactions were already sorted and categorized.

That gave me a place to start. Then I put each expense into one of three buckets:

  • Keep: The tools you actually run the business on.

  • Cut: The things you could cancel today and never miss. Old trials. Duplicate apps. Subscriptions you’ve stopped using but haven’t stopped paying for.

  • Trim: The things you still need, but could spend less on. Fewer seats. A smaller plan. An add-on you no longer use.

If you want to try it this week, start with your last 90 days of expenses. Look at every line and ask: Would I pay for this again today?

Getting a clear view of where your money is going makes it easier to decide what deserves to stay.

Relay is a financial technology company and is not an FDIC-insured bank. Banking services provided by Thread Bank, Member FDIC.

🧰 the unsexy stuff

I don't want you to build all eight this week.

Pick the one that eats the most of your time right now and build that one.

The list below is the order I built them in, and system one makes the other seven faster.

here’s the big overview…

  1. Speak it. Stop typing so much. 40 words a minute typed, 150 spoken.

  2. Split it. Give every AI one job, and one board where they hand work to each other.

  3. Delegate it. Give your AI its own email address so you can forward a thread and walk away.

  4. Loop it. Build the loop that reposts your evergreen content every six, twelve and eighteen months.

  5. Collect it. Make sure content fits within three buckets every single week.

  6. Advise it. Build your AI boardroom: a CFO, a CBO and a COO with your real files in front of them.

  7. Close it. After a call you shouldn't have to lift a finger.

  8. Track it. Make your tracker update itself from your email and Slack.

⬇️ I know that was a lot of information but let me walk you through it step by step

🖋️ Let's break all this down

01. Stop typing so much

You type about 40 words a minute and you speak about 150.

This is the unfair advantage.

Your hands can't keep up but the better you get at talking out your ideas, the better your ideas become in life.

So everything, and I mean everything, goes through my voice now.

Emails, Slack replies, notes to myself, instructions to my agents.

Granola just added voice typing on Mac for free!!

Wispr Flow does the same job, and fair is fair, its free plan has a weekly word limit.

02. Give every AI one job

Stop asking one model to do all of it.

They're good but they're not equally good.

for me here's my breakdown..

  • Claude does thinking and writing

  • ChatGPT makes images

  • Gemini does research

  • Grok handles admin. Back in September I ranked my AI team and said ChatGPT's only job was basic questions. It makes my images now.

Without a shared place to hand work to each other, you're the messenger between four chat windows, and that's worse than having one AI.

So mine share one Notion board that runs almost like a Zendesk pipeline.

Every task is a ticket, every ticket has an owner, and each AI checks the board on a schedule, 9AM, 12PM, 3PM and 6PM. They grabs the tickets with its name on them, does the work, and moves them to Done.

Here's my board right now.

Think you're a team of one and don't need this?

Honestly, a team of one needs it more. Nobody else is around to carry the work between tools.

03. Run three buckets every week

Bucket one is for people who have never heard of me.

Bucket two is for people already here,

and Bucket three is for people ready to buy.

Most of my week goes to bucket one, since nobody reaches bucket three without passing through it.

I want you to label every post from your last month one, two, or three. If all of it was bucket two, you're talking to the same room every week and wondering why it isn't getting bigger.

That's exactly how the full guide gets to you at the bottom of this issue: you comment a keyword, manychat sends it, and now I know who wanted it.

Plan next week by bucket on my 2027 content calendar template.

04. Build your AI boardroom

Ask a blank chat for advice and you get a blank answer.

Give one seat a job and my actual numbers and I get something closer to advice.

Mine are a CFO that reads my numbers, a CBO that owns relationships, partnerships and deals, and a COO that owns how the work gets done, each one a Claude project with its own files.

I showed a version of this when I let Claude watch every Hormozi video and it started advising my business.

if you want the full setup guide plus the other four systems

See you next Saturday,

Brandon
